    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin

    .75 lunches Jack Rudy Grenadine

    Combine both ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10- 20 seconds.

    Strain into a coupe glass.

  • Purple Pansy

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin⁠

    ¾ ounce Creme de Violet⁠

    ½ ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed⁠

    ¼ Cherry liquor (we love Luxardo) ⁠

    Sugar, for rim⁠

    Pansy or flower for garnish⁠

    Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10- 20 seconds.⁠

    Cut a notch in a lemon wedge, then run the lemon around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of sugar (we used a blend that also had edible crushed petals). Garnish with a fresh purple pansy or flower. ⁠

  • THE Lemon "One"

    1.5 ounces vodka

    1.5 ounces Limoncello

    .5 ounce Lemon Juice

    Meringue Cookie for garnish

    Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until cold. Strain the drink into the prepared glass. Garnish with a meringue cookie. Toss, slow motion it, get creative.

  • Holiday Mule

    1 ½ ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin or Southern Vodka

    3 ounces ginger beer

    3 ounces cranberry juice

    ¾ ounce Rosemary simple syrup

    ½ lime, juiced

    Garnish: fresh cranberries, rosemary, lime wedges

    In a copper mug filled with ice, combine Southern Gin, cranberry juice, rosemary simple syrup, and lime juice.

    Top with ginger beer.

    Garnish with cranberries, a sprig of rosemary, and lime wedges.

  • Southern Bee's Knees

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin

    ⅓ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice

    ½ ounce Honey

    1 ounce Champagne or sparkling wine

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin except for Champagne. Add ice. Shake, and strain into a martini glass or coup, or on the rocks for a longer-lasting refreshment.

    Top with Champagne, and garnish with a lemon peel.

  • Cranberry + Pine

    1 ½ ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin or Southern Vodka

    1 ½ ounces 100% cranberry juice

    ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

    1 ounce of honey syrup (equal parts honey & hot water)

    Dash of Orange Bitters

    Garnish: Lemon slices and fresh cranberries and dry ice!

    In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine gin, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and an ounce of honey syrup—that’s equal parts honey and hot water. Stir until dissolved. (Don’t shake yet!)

    Add a dash of orange bitters. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.

    Garnish with thinly sliced lemon and cranberries. Drop the dry ice cubes (using tongs) into the bottom of your cocktail and it will immediately start to smoke.

  • Sweet Tart

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Vodka⁠

    2 ounces Rose liquor⁠

    1 ½ ounce lemon juice⁠

    Dash of honey⁠

    Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10- 20 seconds.⁠

    Strain into a coupe glass. ⁠

    Optional: Cut a notch in a lemon wedge, then run the lemon around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of sugar (we used a blend that also had edible crushed rose petals). Garnish with a fresh flower. ⁠

  • Spring in my Step

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin

    1 ounce St. Germain

    1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice

    Thyme and thinly sliced grapefruit slice as a garnish

    Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10- 20 seconds.

    Strain into a martini glass.

    Garnish with thyme & grapefruit

  • Franklin Gimlet

    2 ½ ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin⁠

    ½ ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed⁠

    ½ ounce simple syrup ⁠

    Garnish: Lime Wheel ⁠

    Add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.⁠

    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an rocks glass filled with fresh ice.⁠ Garnish with a lime wheel.

  • Christmas Tree Martini

    3 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin

    1 ounce sweet vermouth

    ½ ounce Rosemary simple syrup

    Dash of Angostura bitters

    Rosemary spring, for garnish

    Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until very well-chilled.

    Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

    Optional: Garnish with a fresh sprig of Rosemary. Light just the tip of the stalk with a lighter before serving, just so it catches fire for a festive moment.

  • Poma Southern

    1 ½ ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Vodka

    1 ½ ounces pomegranate liquor

    1/4 ounce orange liqueur

    Orange twist, for garnish

    Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10- 20 seconds.

    Strain into a coupe glass.

    Optional: Garnish with an edible flower or orange twist. If using a peel, cut an orange and gently twist the peel over the glass to release its essential oils, then drop it into the drink.

  • Gingerbread Martini

    1 ounce Franklin Distillery Southern Vodka

    1 ounce Irish Cream liqueur

    ½ ounce coffee liqueur

    ½ ounce gingerbread syrup*

    Vanilla ice cream

    Whipped cream, for topping

    Gingerbread cookies, crushed

    Combine the Irish cream liqueur, vodka, coffee liqueur, gingerbread syrup, and ice creamer in a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass.

    Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of gingerbread cookie crumbs.

  • Fixin' To

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Vodka

    1 ounce grapefruit juice

    2 ounces orange juice

    1 ounces rosemary simple syrup (sugar, water, fresh rosemary sprigs)

    Cinnamon sticks and rosemary sprigs for garnish

    Make rosemary simple syrup by boiling 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Add rosemary sprigs and let cool for about 30 minutes. Set aside.

    Juice oranges & grapefruits if using fresh.

    Combine all ingredients in shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously, then pour and garnish. *To enjoy hot, mull all ingredients on medium heat & serve with 2 whole cloves in your favorite mug.

  • Watermelon Sour

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin

    1 ounce lemon

    2 ounce watermelon juice/puree

    1/2 simple syrup

    Egg white

    Salt

    Rim glass with salt.

    Combine ingredients into shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10 seconds without ice.

    Add ice and shake for an additional 10 seconds.

    Strain into salt rimmed coupe glass. Optional garnish: lime zest.

  • Southern Mary

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Vodka or Southern Gin

    6 ounces Bloody Mary mixer of choice (we love Walker’s Southern Bloody Mary Mix (made by Walker Feed Co)

    Dash of Hot Sauce

    Bacon strip

    Celery stick

    Grilled Peach slice

    Candied Pecan Brittle

    Lemon wedge

    Salt & Pepper

    Ahead of time, slice a peach into quarters or halves and grill over fire or charbroil in the oven. Make homemade candied pecans or purchase pecan brittle from your local grocery store or farmer market. Fry bacon to a crispy finish. Now you’re ready to get shaking.

    Salt the rim of a tall glass by rubbing a lemon slice around the top and pressing the glass around salt on a plate. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

    In a cocktail mixer add ice, Franklin Distillery Southern Vodka (or Southern Gin), Bloody Mary mixer, a dash of hot sauce, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass. Garnish with bacon, celery, lemon wedge, grilled peaches, and candied pecans.

  • Summertime Firefly

    1 ½ ounces Franklin Distillery Gin

    ¾ ounce Pimm's No. 1

    ¾ ounce fresh lime juice

    ¾ ounce Velvet Falernum

    3 dashes Tiki bitters

    5 cucumber slices

    Topo Chico or any store bought soda water

    Dehydrated limes, for garnish

    Combine Franklin Distillery Gin, Pimm’s No 1, fresh lime juice, Velvet Falernum, Tiki bitter and 5 slices of cucumbers into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until outside of shaker is ice cold.

    Strain into a Collins glass with Collins spear cube or crushed ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a metal straw and lime wedge.

  • Sweetheart Martini

    1 ounce Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth

    3 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin

    Strawberry syrup

    Strawberries, cut in slices

    Sugar, for garnish

    Coat the inside of the glass and rim of the outside of the glass with strawberry syrup. Press the rim into sugar.

    Combine ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10- 20 seconds.

    Strain into sugar rimmed glass. Optional garnish: strawberry.

  • Sunshine State

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin

    ½ ounce Italicus or Rose Liqueur

    ½ ounce Orange Juice

    1 teaspoon simple syrup

    Orange slice (for garnish)

    Combine all ingredients in shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously, then pour and garnish.

  • Cherry Lime Spritz

    2½ ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Vodka

    1 ounce Lime Juice

    ½ ounce Luxardo Maraschino or Cherry Liqueur

    .25 oz Simple syrup

    1 dash Orange bitters

    Club soda

    Garnish: limes and fresh cherries

    Combine Franklin Distillery Southern Vodka, Luxardo Maraschino, simple syrup, and orange bitters into a martini shaker with ice.

    Shake for a few seconds, then strain into a highball glass over add crushed ice.

    Top with club soda and garnish with an abundance of fresh lime wedges and cherries.

  • Mothers' Tonic

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin

    .75 ounces Tonic Syrup of choice (we love Jack Rudy’s Classic Tonic Syrup (made by Jack Rudy Cocktail Co)

    4 ounces Soda water

    Pour gin & tonic syrup into a chilled glass of your choice.

    Top with (chilled) soda water and add a flowery garnish for your momma.

  • Southern Spirit

    1 ½ ounces Franklin Distillery Gin

    ½ ounce sweet vermouth

    ¼ ounce Campari

    1 ounce passion fruit syrup

    ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

    4 drops saline solution

    Fresh mint, for garnish

    Lemon peel, for garnish

    Watermelon rind, for garnish

    Combine Franklin Distillery Gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, passion fruit syrup, fresh lemon juice, and saline solution into a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until outside of shaker is ice cold.

    Strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice.

    Garnish with a metal straw, a sprig of fresh mint, lemon peel, and watermelon rind.

  • Franklin Lemon Drop Martini

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Vodka

    ½ ounce Cointreau

    ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

    1 teaspoon maple syrup or simple syrup

    Sugar, for the rim

    Cut a notch in a lemon wedge, then run the lemon around the rim of a martini glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of superfine sugar.

    Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, fill it with ice, and shake until cold.

    Garnish with the lemon twist.

  • Firecracker Fizz

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Southern Gin

    Club soda

    Bomb Pop popsicles

    Crushed ice

    In a tall glass, fill crushed ice to the rim, add 2 ounces of Franklin Distillery Southern Gin.

    Pour club soda into the glass and drop in a bomb pop at the last minute. Enjoy with a straw.

  • Bless Your Heart

    2 ounces Franklin Distillery Gin

    1 ounce fresh or store bought beet or carrot juice

    ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice

    ¼ ounce pomegranate molasses

    ½ ounce Velvet Falernum

    5 drops saline solution

    Lemon wheel or fresh flowers, for garnish

    Combine Franklin Distillery Gin, beet or carrot juice, fresh lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, Velvet Falernum and saline solution to a mixing glass with ice.

    Stir with cocktail spoon for 30 seconds.

    Strain into a rocks glass with a single ice sphere and garnish with a fresh lemon wheel.
