To make our gin, we distill botanicals that reflect the American South.

Like juniper, watermelon rind, pear, lime peel, red clover, elderflower, violet, black tea, orange blossom, pecan, yarrow, thistle, orris root, Angelica, and hickory to be specific. We bring it to proof using pure Tennessee water, naturally filtered through limestone.
